Ok, as easy as this is, it had me stumped a minute, which is about how long I have been mesing with solr and solrnet.
Easily set up a test index and services to pull data from it following this blog http://beckelman.net/post/2011/02/22/Setup-Apache-Solr-on-Windows-with-Jetty-Running-as-a-Service-via-NSSM.aspx. Kind of fumbled my way around adding a document from .net doing something like this.


After that I struggled for a minute trying to add fields that allow multiple values, then I felt stupid and added the following code.

It's simple, but I thought if I had to think about it.. You might also.
